Is there any health and safety regulations, for a light fixing under the stairs?
I have a light under the stairs that faces you when you go in, its placed on a slope ceiling approximately 5ft3 from the floor and is literally in your face when you open the cupboard door, to enter. Its poor placement is there anything legally I can throw at the developer to get it moved?
