I have a Dimplex Quantum QM070RF storage heater, which does not provide heat. It still switches on and the fan still works, I suspect an element has gone in it, or the thermostat has gone. I have tried for months to get support directly from Dimplex and it is ridiculously difficult and you get bounced around support centre people who all get you to do diagnostic reports on the machine and wait 24hours and call back. I am at the point where the warrantee is worth nothing if I can't get support and wanted to see if there are any engineers out there who could help. I would prefer not to replace the whole unit.
