I have paid my electrician is full for 1st fix of a house. Loft and extension to be done once there was built. During the works I asked him to fill on of the foundation holes in for me. This was done incorrect with the concrete not being mixed and it just being a layer of ballast then a layer of sand the whole way up. I had to take it out and re do it. Since this he has not answered his phone and as being paid for the full 1st fix of electrics and not completing the work how do I go about getting in contact with him to get some money back?
