Fitting new twin rocker switch and check LED connections

Our kitchen LED's started flickering and then turned off a few days ago, they dont turn back on. They were connected to a dimmer, so I am wondering if the dimmer was overloaded. I bought a new rocker switch, to see if that solves the problem. I would like the new rocker switch fitted and if it doesn't work a suggestion to fix the problem.
