Smoke alarm installation to abide by new Scottish Govt regulations

I'm looking for someone to install new smoke alarms and heat sensor in keeping with the new Scottish Govt regulations. I have a 2 bed flat, so ideally looking for 3 smoke alarms and 1 heat sensor which run from lithium battery as opposed to the electrical mains.
