Bebi, If when you walk on the floor can you feel it move or bend in places. If you can then I would say that the tiles would need to be lifted and then floor removed and replaced with 18mm Ply Board and then re-tile. The other cause of tiles cracking is that uneven adhesive was laid and has air gaps under the tiles. Either way you need to remove the tiles to assure the wooden floor was laid correctly. Get a local Tiler to give you a quote for the work required. Bill
