hi frank i think you are a bit low but it is difficult to judge without knowing the full information i.e is there any old flooring to remove ,is there any furniture to move ,is it a standard shaped area ,but generally you should be expecting somewhere in the region of 300-350. hope this helps alan

Hi frank, to add to the above, assuming it is solid wood, is it going onto concrete or wood as they have very different methods of installation requiring different materials and taking very different timescales, I don't see how a price can be gauged without this information
