i have an engineered wood floor glued down on underfloor heating within screed and the floor is beginning to curl up a bit at the edges. Why would this happen

What is the actual main subfloor base, is it concrete with pipes on top and flooded with smoothing compound or is it on plywood? Is the system electric or water fed?
