I have tiled flooring in toilet and utility which was painted by previous owner. The paint is now flaking off and I would like to know how best to sort this. Should I try sanding off the old paint and repainting or would it be better to just cover the tiles with another flooring? If so what would be best to use? The area does get wet so needs to be water resistant.
