Hi I have two problem floors in my new house which I am hoping you can advise me on. 1. black and red quarry tile floor which was sealed under heay duty lino and then rubber underlay and carpet. This sealed in damp so has resulted in mildue growing on the floor. At this point I have no idea if the floor can be saved- whats the best thing to use to clean it up? 2. The kitchen floor is also black and red quarry tiles but was covered over with ceramic tiles. again, these may be beyond repair but are there any products which will remove the adhesive from the top of them without damaging them any further? Any advice you can give me on any of the above would be much appreciated.
