I need to laminate on top of existing laminate as knocked two rooms into one only way to get level floor massive room self level would be far to expensive is this ok to do is it best to put underlay on top of existing persume this is a must ??

Hi dean sorry to tell you this but you cant lay laminate on top of laminate because as it expands and contracts which it will having two layers can cause you all sorts of problems . Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but i think it could cost you more in the longrun. Hope this helps. Alan
