Disintegrating self-levelling compound under rubber floor tiles, p2

Posted by Chloe Travers, on
The floor in question is a suspended plywood floor, with the compound applied on top - I don't know if there was a sealant used before that. It's a domestic floor, so only us to worry about. The problem areas are quite small - the largest being no bigger than the palm of my hand, but I don't want them to get any worse. Thank you for the previous advice!

Hi What is under the ply, underfloor heating or just insulated? Is the ply spongy at the damaged bits? Do you know the compound they put over the plywood?

What would you like to do now?
