Hi cheetah underlays for concrete floors should always come with a Dpm built in damp proof membrane there are many types on the market very cheap to decent ones depends on quality someone may tell you a foil one for.about 3.50 sq mtr wen in all honesty you can go buy some real crap from b&q for less when I am working on concrete subfloors I use a product called excell timber mate it's a little dearer but better quality . Depends how good you want the finished job regards john
Hi. The best underlay for a concrete floor is a DPM underlay. Such as Quick Step Barrier plus.But there are many on the Market. Also consider if the floor is level. Hope this is of use.regards Jeff
