Quarry tiles

What is the best way to seal very old quarry tiles and the best way to level these prior to fitting a carpet?

you can paint tiles with damp proof membrane then scatter sand when dry cover all area with self levelling compound

Hello Nick. There are lots of ways to do this job and you really need to have some one look at it. Put your job onto rated people's site to get a free quotation & site visit. You will then be in a much stronger position Regards Michael

Hi Nick NO need to do anything if laying carpet. The only time one would need to address this if you are laying Solid/ Engineered or Laminate. Hope this helps Jeff
