Who to fill a 4' void & replace a suspended floor with a concrete one?

Who should I ask to remove a suspended wooden floor, fill a 4 foot deep void and lay a concrete floor, in an existing room. Should I ask a flooring expert, or other category?

Hello Simon, Welcome to this site. You will need a builder. 2/3 days work cost £1500 based on 4m x 4m. We do it all the time Regards Michael

HI Simon. it will cost you a fortune to do that. depending on why you are doing it will determine what can be done about it Mark.
