How can I make sure I am charged the right amount London area and how much extra should I allow per room to make sure I have enough?

Hi Rasha To be honest. It depends on the sort of Flooring you have. Also the subfloor . Many of the jobs i have done, customers appreciate that to fit flooring is not for the DIY and handy man.Which i have corrected on many occasions So to your question. If you have posted the job and you have been given a quote. First of all. establish if the person is an experienced fitter. Then ask for any shops they work for. So you can contact and verify them I have been to so many jobs now that the customer has gone for the cheapest option which has turn out to be the expensive option of which we have corrected. Just post your job and get as must info about the tradesman as possible. I cant tell you the price of a job untill you give the appropriate info regards Jeff ( Guild Flooring, Herts)
