Hi Michael no refunds any more but the lead prices keep getting going up! Am I the only one to notice that the lead prices for lower value jobs are going up despite the so called reduction when refunds ended? It would be interesting to know how lead costs are calculated, it strikes me that the leads best suited to yourself are always the most expensive! Ed

The same thing happened to me I was first to buy yet when I rang the customer immediately after I was told another tradesman from rated people had already contacted him and arrange to do the job rated people wouldn't refund me claiming we both must have bought the lead within seconds of each other and their system must have been slow updating the lead ...complete rip off their system is never slow collecting our money for leads
Michael. Rated people have moved on from being personal to our needs to a call centre and you have no chance of getting your money back. Thats life and many tradesmen on here have been threatened by RP that they will be barred. They forget we are the ones who made them money.
