depends if layed on wooden floorboard then yes if solid floor no

Newly fitted laminate floor is a bit bouncy. is this normal?

If its layed on floor boards the Qualified and i quote Qualified fitter should of secured the floor If the subfloor is concrete the a latex may have to be used Also certain types of underlay to different floors should be used Lastly and a very obvious statement . Was there any expansion gaps left Jeff ( Guild Flooring)
