I require fully experienced at least 20 years of knowledge to carry out test,s on my 7 month old vinyl floor covering that as gone yellow discolouration, i need a full written statement report of the reason of the discolouration in order to send it to my seller . Re: Flooring Inspector required.

Hi sue if there is a problem with your vinyl floor then really the company that supplied it to you should be getting the manufacturer in to inspect it . It is there responsibility to arrange that not yours but failing that then Google a company called independent inspections they should be able to help . Hope this helps. Alan
