I found bitumen on concrete floor all over the flat after removing Marley tile. some people say I can use latex screed to seal it. will it be right way? or other bitumen sealer can do work?
what kind of specialist do this job?
Also I need to install underlay+wooden floor over concrete. what underlay can be the best for the concrete floor?
