Kitchen floor report

I need to provide my insurance with a report so I claim from them. My kitchen floor has collapsed because of leak from underneath so they are asking for report from registered builder can you help me please.

Hi. Your insurance company say a registered builder. Surely they have a list of builders It doesn't have to be a builder either. It can be a chippy or floorer If your floor has collapsed it sound very suspicious. Have your insurers said anything about the joist or is it the floor on top. If it's chipboard , yes that's a very unstable product when water is mentioned Jeff
