I have a 52" x24" door in my kitchen floor. What flooring should i put down so door not too heavy and blends in with floor. Also when opening up won't get damaged at hinge end and where door meets floor for 24" . (I need flooring across there for just 3" so door meeting floor with flooring on it might cause a problem) Maybe there are hinges that might help .
