Hi, I've got a 25mm drop from one room to the other which I need to bring up to meet. On top of the screed can I lay damp proof membrane, chipboard, underlay, laminate flooring to make up the gap? Any advise? Or chipboard straight onto the screed? Do I need to screw it down? Thanks.
