Mr S Stenner

Posted by Steven Stenner, on
We have a raised area in the hallway. Thinking I would just need to replace a couple of laminate flooring panels I removed two from the area to find that the floor underneath has blown. I am assuming the floor is concrete with the area effected sounding hollow, the house is 1930's. Can someone tell me how big a job this is going to be and what tradesman I will require?

You will require a skilled general builder to perform investigation work in the first instance.
