Hi Jeffrey, Once a tradesperson purchases your job lead, we send you a link to their profile page via email. Their profile page is where you can see any previous ratings and reviews that a tradesperson has received from Rated People customers. If you can't find the email, you can also log into your free homeowner account from our homepage and head to ‘My jobs’ from the main navigation. If you click the job from the list, you'll be shown a list of tradespeople interested in your job and the links to their profile pages.
