Hi as Peter has said the skirting can be scribed to match the floor, a good carpenter would have done this when fitting the skirting. Ed
Laminate floor board layed uneven.

The skirting has been placed and only now noticed the uneven floor. Is there any thing that can be done to smoothe them out without taking the floor boards out?
Like using somekind of foam that given time would harden?

Maybe best to to cut the skirting boards with a jigsaw to match the flooring
