I would like to achieve a white/grey nordic/limewash finish on victorian floor boards.I sanded them well 10 years ago & oiled them with a teak colour and finished by sealing with a clear satin varnish.I really dont want to go through the painful messy sanding process again.Can I get achieved look by painting only?Any suggestions on paint?
