How long does it take to lay 43sqm of engineered flooring including straight stairs of 2.08 sqm?

Hi Shade it's a bit like that old question "how long is a piece of string" without seeing the job it's very difficult to say. For an accurate quote you need someone to come out and take a look. Ed

Hi, you would be looking at a days work for fitting of 43m2 of Engineered wood flooring. This would Include fitting scotia and door trims etc. If you were having skirting removed and a new refitted then you would be adding another day. This does not allow for any prep work to the subfloor if required. The most important thing when fitting any kind of floating wood or laminate flooring is to make sure the subfloor is level and suitable. I've fitted 100m2 of engineered wood per week for the last 19 years. As mentioned above, I would suggest having a site visit before getting any contractor in to do the work. Please feel free to contact us if we can be any help. Regards Tim
