Polished concrete for 2 small rooms

Hi I would like to correct a DIY job, the existing material is concrete it either needs to be sand down or a new thin layer has to be poured. I would like to have it flat and polished. The sizes of the rooms are 3x1.5 m kitchen and a adjacent bathroom ( 1m x 1m). Could you give me an idea of the cost and time needed ? Thanks
