You may be best looking at a dense rubber, ragipol I think maybe the most cost effective, please ensure to use a moisture tape for all the joints to reduce moisture penetrating the joints

House built in 1955 on slab with linoleum tiles over it. Floor is continually cold and damp. Area is central NY state. Looking for the best product to use as underlayment for LVT click together boards to reduce moisture and help insulate.
