It will depend on how flat the concrete is. If the floor is in good condition and flat, put a six foot level across it then you should be fine. If not then use a 2 part self levelling compound, tops tile do a good one , all you need to do is mix together and pour over the floor to bring level. There are lots of videos on you tube that shows how to do. Make sure you use a underlay with a vapour barrier before fitting the floor.
