Rough costs to expect for redoing bathroom floor and bath casing

We are considering to have our bathroom floor redone, but would like to know what sort of costs to expect before committing to the idea. Currently the bathroom floor and sides of the bath are tiled. A couple of the floor tiles are broken and the bath does not have any access panel, it has just been tiled in. Rather then replacing the broken tiles, we would like to remove them all and get a wooden (or laminate) floor and bath casing with access panel instead. The tiles are cemented onto a fairly sturdy plywood panel, which might be good to keep, rather then ripping that out too? I assume, that wash hand basin stand and toilet might need to be lifted, as they might be sitting on the tiles and any new flooring will need to get below too. So how much roughly might this cost and what tradesman would we actually need for the job?
