I hired uk woodworx to come and laminate my floors

They did a good job but the day after one 2 staircase noses became loose, and did not put the laminate door rumps and my staircase are looking clumsy. I tried to contact the person but he is very rude and doesn't want to come and attend to my staircases even though he told me his work had a guarantee. Now I don't know what to do since he is no longer answering my calls or responding to my messages.I paid him all his money.
