Hi I recently had someone in on your site to buy me the laminate floor I wanted he told me it would cost me 1280 with everything and laying it. When he brought the floor back it was really cheap stuff and not the floor I wanted when I asked him about it he said it was definitely the floor I wanted then in the end he said it wasnt. He had 500 pound of me for materials. But just kept making excuses when I'd ask for a receipt. I have asked him if he would take the floor back and get me what I want he said he would but just keeps making excuses has to why he cant come up. He has now said that the floor will now be 1401 pounds to fit. I have no receipt so what can I do
