WarmUp underfloor heating - fault

We have WarmUp underfloor heating in our bathroom (tiled floor area approx 2 sq m) and have an intermittent fault as heating keeps going off for fairly long periods before restoring again. We have 2 or 3 loose floor tiles which may be the cause. Are you able to locate and repair the fault. If so can you provide a quote. Our address post code is S43 2HB
