I have asked a local tradesman to level my quarry tiled floor in my kitchen, he said he will put a screed down first-leave forr 24 hours, then put a liquid dpm down after that has dried put down a further screed. my question, is this the correct procedure, as an amature I would have thought the dpm should go down first
