Posted by Peter Travers, on
Hi my garden is in a real bad condition at present it has yellow patches and is very mossy both front and back Garden is there anything you would recommend to bring it back to green and strenthen the grass quality?

Hello Peter, Moss has been a problem this year because of the weather. Lawn Sand which contains iron will take care of the moss and feed the grass aswell, good for a quick colour up. Scarify to clear the dead moss out afterwards. You could also spike the lawn to aerate it. Re sow any bare patches. Lawn Sand is a specific product for moss control and feeding the lawn, not just sand used on a lawn in case you were wondering. i apologise if you knew this already. Regards, Phil
