If you hired the company elsewhere, I'm afraid we'll need more details to help you. In this case, I'd recommend contacting our Customer care team through ratedpeople(dot)com/contact-us, with all the details you have for the company. If the company is registered with us, any ratings and reviews that they have come from homeowners who have hired them through our service.
