Hi Maxwell, We constantly revise and improve the checks we carry out on tradespeople using our service. Any tradesperson who doesn’t meet these are removed. Our checks are set up to protect homeowners, as well as the reputations of our tradespeople. We communicated why you are no longer a customer and information is on the site.
