Credit taken away from me

Posted by Sam Storey, on
Hi there, I've been a member of rated people for 2 months now and had a very successful month gathering new gardening clients. I was given £50 free credit for joining, and spent roughly £25 of that in my first month. As the second month rolled over my credit went down to £0. Just wondering why this happened? As I hoped to use up the last £25 I was given and was not told when signing up that I had to use it all on my first month. How do I get credit in future as it's still at £0? Many thanks. Sam

Hi Sam, Introductory credit has to be used within one month (it doesn't roll over I'm afraid). I'd ask our Customer care team about this and any other questions you have about your account. You can reach them through ratedpeople(dot)com/contact-us. Thanks, Natalie Ask an expert team

I never heard of any time limit before but when joining RP , this is the only time you will get free credit , from then on you pay for leads as and when direct with credit card etc Or like me I was encouraged to pay £250 into RP , it saved me the yearly fee by doing this and it has a time limit of a year . Basically it encourages you to use RP ...but I use RP a lot and have used all this credit within 6 months but I'd advise those who are not sure about their usage as you will lose any remaining credit after 12months.
