Hi Anthony, If you log in online and head to 'My account' and then 'Contact Preferences' (top right), you'll see an Alerts section near the top of your screen. Within that is an option for SMS email alerts. These will be either switched on or off. You'd just need to change this to on to start receiving texts. Thanks, Natalie Ask an expert team
