Hi Sheila Usually your tradesman will have requested a rating from their profile page once the job is completed, and you should then receive an email with instruction on how to do this (I think by just logging into your rated people account and clicking on the job itself ) there should be an option to leave a rating . Hi Sheila, To rate your gardener, just log in to your account or launch the Homes mobile app and select ‘My jobs’ from the main navigation to view the list of jobs you've posted through Rated People. Select the job from the list and then click the ‘Rate’ button for the tradesperson who completed the work. You'll be asked to give the tradesperson a star rating of 1 to 5 (5 being best) on their quality of work, reliability and value for money. Note: Sometimes we or the tradesperson may send you a prompt to leave a rating. Click the tradesperson/company name in this email and follow the instructions to leave your rating.
