Hi Tahmina, Thanks for your question! Tradespeople without ratings have most likely just joined Rated People. Though they don’t have ratings yet, this doesn’t mean they’re not quality tradespeople. In fact, these tradespeople are incentivised to do a quality job to ensure that they get a brilliant first rating, helping them build their reputation and win future work. A good, quality tradesperson should have a portfolio of previous work. tradespeople can upload photos of past projects, qualifications and a description of their services on their Rated People profile.
