Hi Gillian, When they first expressed interest in your job, you would've been sent their contact details and a link to their profile page on our site in either a text message or email. You can use our chat feature through our app and website if you’d like to send messages back and forth. You can also call or email them directly. You can also see their contact information by logging in to your account online. Select ‘My jobs’ from the main navigation and then click the job from the list.
