When you bring up the tradesman details there should be a link that says leave a review but it isn’t always there I’ve had customers in the past who’ve tried to leave me positive reviews but haven’t been able to do so if the link isn’t there I’d contact rated people directly and if the persons jobs are really bad I suspect they will be removed from the site
