Mrs Williams it goes without saying of course your within your right to complain you’ve paid for a job to be done and 3 weeks without it being completed is quite frankly ridiculous ring them one more time and notify them of your intentions to take the matter further but let that be there last chance you’ve been more than patient enough and if the waste still isn’t removed you should contact trading standards to seek further advice and also notify rated people as to what they have done so they can be removed from the site
