Work falling apart within days

What do I do if the work that I had commissioned started to fall apart days after I had given a good review? I asked for my driveway to be re-sanded and sealed. The sand is washing away in the rain and I can see gaps between the bricks again. I want to withdraw the good review that I have given the trades person as they do not deserve it.
