I have recently moved into a new build detached property, my neighbour has decided to extend his patio area and has said he is taking down some fencing that devides our garden I'm under the impression the fencing belongs to me he also comes onto my property without my permission to take down the fencing hopefully it's a temporary measure he also states the fencing he wants to remove is panels they are not, it's slats of wood nailed to a frame, I'm under the impression he is going to remove the new fence to place it at the bottom of his garden and errect a cheap panelled version, as my property is detached I'm not sure who legally owns the fence.
