Job cancelled

I have had to cancel a job due to a family emergency. First time I’ve used the site and. The person who paid for the job is asking for the money back that they paid for the job. What should I do and how do I sort this?

Hi Josef, The tradesmen that paid for the lead can ask for a refund from within their account. It is not up to you do refund the tradesmen. Regards Andrew
