How do you rectify your business users. My parents have been quoted for a garden work of 2500 and they are in their seventies. They did not spot two posts of complains after jobs done. One in 2018 and another in 2019 re trying to get an issue resolved, no one getting back to them to resolve the issue.
Do you guarantee the traders?
Not that I am UN-trusting, but do we have come back through you guys to rectify issues as you advertise traders!
Do you read reviews and follow up issues?
